We currently ship only to destinations within the United States (this includes Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses by US Postal Service) and these countries:

A telephone number is required for shipments outside the United States. Orders will be held until we are provided with a telephone number (required by shipping companies and customs).

Flat rate shipping products, free shipping products and some heavy weight items such as furniture cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom or Bahamas addresses.

Most items ship within 1 to 5 business days, however some items may take longer. Items that usually take longer are noted on the detail of that item (such as "Normally ships in 5 to 7 business days"). Most items ship from our facilities in New Jersey, however, some items may ship direct from our supplier or the manufacturer. To view transit times for UPS delivery, click here.

On occasion, a product that was shown available on our website, and that has been ordered is found to be out of stock causing a delay in shipment beyond our normal shipping timeframes. In this event, you will be notified of the delay, you can choose to wait for the shipment or cancel your order. Additionally, a product may also no longer be available. If there is a close match, we will notify you to see if you would like the similar product. If no similar product is available, we will cancel your order and notify you.

When you place an order, we will calculate the shipping costs via the US Postal Service and UPS. You have the option of the shipping method. Items that ship by other means, such as UPS or FedEx are by flat shipping rates and are indicated on the product page. In the event our system cannot communicate with UPS or USPS, we will use a flat rate calculation.

Any customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient on shipments to outside the United States.

Please also note that the shipping rates are calculated based on both weight and size.

Green Note: For our environment and planet, we use recycled or recycable packing materials when possible. In some cases, to ensure safe delivery, we use non-recycled materials.
