If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it!

You can download a return and exchange form by clicking here.

We want you to be happy with your purchases and experience with TheNicNacStop.com. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping/handling charges). All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material, documentation, and instructions. Please note you may be charged for shipping and any applicable restocking fees on returned orders. This includes the cost of free shipping; items returned that had been shipped for free will be refunded for the price of the merchandise excluding the actual shipping cost. Items returned after 30 days of delivery are refunded at the sole discretion of TheNicNacStop.com and may be no or only a partial refund.

If you need to return an item due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also pay the return shipping costs.

Please note that it may take 5 to  7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.


Damages:
Contact us by submitting our form here. Please keep the item(s) for 10 business days for possible inspection by carrier. After 10 business days simply dispose of the item(s). Note: You must report a damage claim wit in 10 business days of delivery, any damage claim after that point will not be replaced.

Please note that it takes 5 business days to process the exchange once they arrive at our Damages Center.


Exchanges:

You can download a return and exchange form by clicking here.

 If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please return the item to the address above indicating the reason for exchange and that you would like the same item. If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please return the original item to the address above and advise what you would like as a replacement. If the replacement items costs more than the original item, we will  contact you for additional payment information. Please return the item to our address above. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process the exchange once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Partial or No Refunds:

Partial or No Refunds will be issued for the following items at the discretion of TheNicNacStop.com:

For items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Special & Custom Order Items:

You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production of your custom order begins, so we cannot make changes. Changes or cancellations cannot be made on "rush" orders because production starts immediately. 

If we made an error on your special or custom order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order.
